Hello Folks I am facing problems again to launch the applications inside 3DExperience.

When I click on app (e.g. Part Design) pops up a window to download the 3D Experience launcher which is already installed I click to continue and it runs and nothing happens. I follow all the instructions given by this window that poped up and none of them works. Can someone please help me?
