@FP and @PF had chosen the project: ‘Les Apprentis Chercheurs’ [the Apprentice Researchers]

Here, they tried to help young students (14 an 16 years old) to discover scientific jobs. As a sample, they tried to create a simple landing gear using 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Here’s a note which they shared with us:

“We are pleased to inform you that we are using the Academia platform and its communities for our education project "Apprentice researchers".

The purpose of this project is to demystify science among young French audiences (12 to 16 years old).

We have chosen as the application theme the design of an airplane landing gear.

With the help of the teams and tools made available for us by Academia, we have succeeded in captivating our apprentices.

They were able to discover XDesign, the communities. At the end of the week they were able to design their train.

Thank you to the teams who responded efficiently and quickly to our needs, and to the great tools of Dassault Systèmes.”
