Hello everyone!

Next we designed a Brake Caliper using the SolidWorks Software. Four piston brake calipers are used for the front circuit, and two piston calipers are utilized for the rear circuit.

This configuration is employed to optimize braking performance and achieve the desired balance between the front and rear braking forces. This setup compensates for the rear-biased weight distribution, optimizes braking force distribution, enhances dynamic load transfer control, improves stability during corner entry, and allows for cost-effective performance in the context of FSAE competition constraints.
