Hello All,

Recently I have noticed that none of the YouTube or posted videos I select on the 3dx platform play. I always have to open the YouTube link directly in order to play the videos. I was wondering if there was a fix or solution for this problem? Right now I am using Microsoft Edge as my internet browser. Is it because the 3dx platform only works well with Google Chrome or others? As of right now, I haven't tried using any other type of internet browser. I have attached the error message that I always get when selecting videos to play from the 3dx platform. Thanks for any input you might have!
