Paid subscription not working requesting refund

What started with me trying to get a paid solidworks subscription for the first time ended up being one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had using a software / website!  I purchased 1/11/24 and still cannot access apps!  I have spent hours trying to remedy and contact support with ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED WIRH THIS PKATFORM…. It sucks!  I want to make sure I am never charged again for subscription, BIT I CANT BECAUSE YOU MADE THAT IMPOSSIBLE TOO!  HOW DO I GET HELP?
