I'm having trouble opening a .step file with PartDesign from my collaborative space. I transferred all my old files from another CAD software to this one in the .step file format. I've tried to open the .step files from my 3DExperience storage by double clicking and selecting the file and opening it with PartDesign, but it doesn't work. I know I can import a .step file from my local machine, but I specifically want to open my files from the 3DEXPERIENCE cloud storage. Can someone please help me with this?
