Hi everyone,

I recently got the Free SOLIDWORKS Student License and installed SOLIDWORKS 2026 SP4.1. When I launch the program, a 3DEXPERIENCE update window appears first. After I click “Update”, I get another message saying I don’t have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE platform because I haven’t been invited yet, and that I should ask the platform administrator for an invitation.

I never received any invitation or “Get Started” e-mail, and I’m not sure who the “platform administrator” is in the case of an individual student license.

Does anyone know how to fix this, or which administrator I should contact?
