Hi,

I have purchased yersteday the "SOLIDWORKS Cloud Apps for Students".
I did receive a mail of confirmation stating "You will receive a getting started email as soon as your new subscription is ready to use." (translated from French, it was mentionned the mail would arrive in a few minutes).

I did not receive such a mail yet, nor did I found any way to use solidworks on the 3D experience platform.

Of course I checked the spam folder.

Is that normal ?
