No " get started" email yet. Over a week

It has been since last week since I have signed up for the cloud service, I still have not received the next email which contains the "get started". I have contacted SolidWorks over the phone and was told there isnt support for the student version/web based and to open a ticket. It has been a week already since I opened the first ticket. There has no been any communication or anything. Checked spam, tried just getting into the web-based service but still nothing. Any admins or anybody here that can point me to the right direction.
