No Access to Apps in Platform

Our team recently migrated from our old platform (which was not part of the challenges program) to our new platform which is part of the challenges program. However, we are unable to access any apps (even though they show up in the online 3DEXPERIENCE portal). Error messages regarding license issues pop up when we try to open rich apps. I have attached screenshots of the license issues. Our platform name is "DS Challenges - Sponsorship - USW1" and the collaborative space we work in is called "U Toronto - Blue Sky Solar". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
