Hello everyone,

I'm a beginner to the 3DEXPERIENCE and I would like to install some 3D modelling Apps like Part Design, when I click to install it, I have 2 choices : installing all granted roles or all roles containing the App. I choose the 2nd one, but next nothing appear, installation launch doesn't start.

Can you help me please
