Hello everyone, today I will tell you about my Model Mania adventure.

I have known this competition since my high school days and I always dreamed of winning. And today I became the champion of the Model Mania 2022 student challenge. This is something really special for me. Because I met SolidWorks when I was 14 years old and my speed was always mentioned in all the designs I made until this age. And people were even starting to call me Solid Nadiro. Well, I took too long. Let me tell you what I did during the preparation process.

When the competition was announced, I got excited and said Oktay, it's your turn to show yourself.
I tried to develop new methods on the first step weekends.
The second step is to be the fastest, I developed my own method. I applied the method I developed in my third step. In fact, everything was simple.

xDesign's automatic relation assignment feature when entering dimensions gave me this speed. I couldn't draw this fast in any parametric design application other than xDesign. Let me tell you another funny incident, I had reduced it to 3 minutes while talking to my girlfriend, and she was constantly talking to Oktay if you would lose by 1 second, and here you see 2:25 minutes. I think there should really be a woman behind every man :)

I thank Dassault Systèmes and SOLIDWORKS for these gifts and opportunities. I hope one day the pandemic will end and I will participate in the competition in America.
