The design consists of two main parts: a sealed hull housing the electronic boards and a rigid chassis carrying the propulsion thrusters. The main hull is made of transparent plexiglass (PMMA) to accommodate cameras and sensors. Delrin (POM) covers are fitted at the front and rear for easy access and quick maintenance. Sealing is achieved with O-rings on the covers, while external cable connections are made waterproof via penetrators on the rear cover. A dome-shaped plexiglass window is placed at the front to provide the camera with a wide field of view. For chassis rigidity, aluminum sigma profiles are used, and the thrusters are positioned and mounted to the frame using dedicated brackets.
