Model 3, building on our earlier prototypes, is designed to remain suspended in water while offering a fully modular assembly.
- Chassis
Instead of a 3D-printed frame, the chassis is made from polyethylene sheets, with aluminum plates added for reinforcement where needed. - Enclosure Mounting
The plexiglass housing is aligned using a custom intermediary mounting block and fastened with screws—eliminating the need for external clamps. - Buoyancy System
Low-density foam inserts, cast into molds at the top of the hull, provide balanced buoyancy to keep the vehicle stably suspended.
