In this chapter, you will see how the task distribution among team members is done.
The purpose of the route in this project: A team member who designs or assembles the parts in Google Sheets approves his/her task to be able to inform that he/she has completed all the tasks assigned to him/her in the Route. In this way, instead of following 970 parts one by one, the person responsible for the parts was followed up.

Project Planner Emir Coşkun creates the route.Details of tasks Note: Added first 3 tasks to the route to show the workflow. These tasks are representative tasks that have been completed/about to be completed. 1. Project Introduction (Proje Tanıtımı) In this task, Project Manager Rıdvan Polat, who came up with the Project idea and created the Common Dashboards, was assigned. 2. Drawing Documentation (Teknik Resim Dokümantasyonu) In this task, Project Planner @MD, who distributed PDFs of technical drawings to his teammates and created a approval table with Google Sheets, was assigned. 3. Route Creation Task Distribution (Rota Oluşturma Görev Dağılımı) In this task, Project Planner @EC adds himself to his Route task. This is a purely representative task. 4. Part Design (Parça Tasarımı) 17 team members responsible for the design of the parts in the technical drawings of the Locomotive Project were assigned. 5. Design Control (Tasarım Kontrol) The conformity of the designs to the technical drawing data is checked. 6. Assembly Groups (Montaj Grupları) 4 groups were formed to make the sub-assemblies. These groups include team members responsible for assembly. The team members in the groups are included in the user group with the same name.
