I'm facing a problem with my CATIA for student, and I'm looking for some assistance. I haven't received the email for student verification, and my license seems to have an issue, UYD can not be used. When I attempt to open any of the CATIA APPs, they appear as shown in the screenshot, all can not be used as well.

I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar issue and how they resolved it. Could you please guide me on where to complete the student verification process or offer insights on how to resolve this issue?

I bought the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for students at 15.10, but till now can not use it......
