Recently, I purchased the "End of the Semester" offer from Dassault Systèmes, which includes four Associate certifications, access to Eduspace and one year Licence . However, after installing the 3DExperience and native apps on my laptop, the native apps are not opening. No error messages are displayed, but the apps simply do not launch.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
