I recently purchased the 3DExperience platform however, it seems like I don't have any access yet as all the tabs has a lock icon by it. When I tried to follow the installation guide, my compass didn't quite look the same as it showed in the guide. Any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Update: My goal right now is to download the program but when I get to the part design, it doesn't take me to any link as it is just a mere image.
