Dear members,
Recently I bought a Student Package SOLIDWORKS Cloud Apps for Students for the purpose of CSWA exam. I noticed that there are included 3 Certification Exam with the package also. I'm already preparing for the exam. but there is a confusion arise, while I see that To take the exam There is required SOLIDWORKS Desktop (as per recommended). But Unfortunately I've not found any Desktop Installation Package with the Package.
Now my question is, how can I get the Desktop Installation of solidworks to practice and take the actual exam?
I email several time to the following support : Support.Students@3ds.com to get reply. but still I didn't receive any reply.

Is here anyone who can suggest me what should I do?
