A inclined belt conveyor designed for transfer material between different height levels in the factory. This system optimizes production by smoothly transporting raw material between production floor and storage area.
Considerations/Achievements:
Designed for stability, efficiency, and ease of operation, ensuring seamless integration into production workflows. The structure is engineered to handle varying loads while prioritizing safety, and adaptability to different working environments.
Utilized SolidWorks for design and development, incorporating weldment and sheet metal features. SolidWorks simulations (structural analysis, motion study) were conducted to assess stress distribution, deformation, and system stability before manufacturing.
