Recently I took the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS - Associate exam & passed, after that, I wanted to check my result so I goes straight to the virtual tester and login but I did not find anything related to my 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS - Associate exam I was worried, but later I find out that Eduspace and virtual tester are different they are not linked.
So I want to suggest that Eduspace should use a tool that includes easy access to exams results, unique certificate id numbers. It's necessary that a certificate have a unique id number so one can verify it.
Dassault systems already using a tool name Virtual tester for issuing the certificates and it is a very good application.
On the virtual tester platform, we can check our exams result, we can download our certificates, we can show our achievements, we can verify other's certificates, we can check how many users have certificates worldwide, and many more things.
To deliver the exams eduspace uses a web page like google chrome. When I was taking the exam I was worried because what will happen if we accidentally refresh the web page or what will happen if we accidentally close the web page! or what will happen if I can't download the necessary files for the exam (refer to screenshot).
In virtual tester application, we can not exist before taking the exams its impossible to close it before final submission & if something happens or if our system gets off or shutdown like a laptop gets shutdown we can regain access to the exam after it restarted because virtual tester stores the required data and we can attempt the exam from where we left it.
Conclusion: Eduspace should use a virtual tester application for issuing the certificates.
