The desktop version of solidworks is actually functional. Give me my \\\$60 USD back from the misguided purchase of the "3D Experience" (ENTIRELY a NEGATIVE experience FYI) and I will navigate the byzantine process to buying the desktop version of solidworks. I wish my school was using AutoCad because as it stands I have nothing but negative things to say about solidworks and Dassault Systems.
