Please I need to complete this project as soon as possible.
The issue is that my 3DX License had expire so I went ahead and bought another subscription for the year.
However I can not access the workbenches, my previous files, or do anything with 3DX regardless of subscribing again.
The Issue I've been receiving is quoted below
"Access to this server is not granted to user
Although authenticated, your are not granted access to this server
Please contact your administrator..."
Anyone please can you help me? I do not know what to do and it has been 5 days since I've gotten this issue
