3D Printer
A 3D printer is a type of printer that creates three-dimensional objects by depositing layers of material, typically plastic or resin, based on a digital design or model. It uses a process called additive manufacturing, where the object is built up layer by layer until the final shape is achieved. 3D printers have a wide range of applications, including prototyping, manufacturing custom parts, creating models, and even producing functional objects like medical implants or architectural models.
Specifications:
Printer type: FDM
Build-Up Volume: 300x300x300 mm
Frame Material: Aluminium
Nozzle Temperature: up to 260 Degree Celcius
Bed Temperature: Up to 120 Degree Celcius
Print Speed: up to 400mm/sec
What's Special about this printer:
🔥 Speed
- Normally FDM Printers have a slow speed of around 50mm/sec because their bed is moving and due to the moving mass we cannot print at a higher speed.
- But in this printer, the bed is just moving in the Z direction and in X, and Y direction the nozzle is moving, keeping low hot-end assembly mass one can increase the speed.
- I have used all metal Belt tensional to give higher stability and accuracy while printing at a higher speed.
- I have used linear motion guide rails which is industrial grade heavy-duty linear bearing, which helps in the stability and also in increasing the speed.
Apps Used:

📢 This design is still in progress, it needs some beautification. Once done I will be sharing it in the final post.
