Hello, I did purchase the wrong formula, I need SOLIDWORKS on my desktop but "SOLIDWORKS back to school" doesn't have it. So I would like to use my right to retractation as I bought it yesterday and get a refund and buy the other formula that include SOLIDWORKS desktop. 

I did open a ticket on the support, but i don't find where i could see a respond on the site, didn't had any email that confirm this ticket like i could have a confirmation for another ticket. I also tried to call a number but they couldn't help me bc I have a student licence....

Can somebody please, help me, do you have any information, number, mail to provide me.. thanks
