I have a box beam assembly. I want to duplicate this assembly and edit each component (change length, remove some holes, etc) to so I can export it to FEMAP for stress analysis WITHOUT LOSING THE ORIGINAL as I still need it to make drawings/drafting. How can I do that in 3DX? In CATIA V5, I can just create a new folder in file explorer, copy & paste all the parts, and then just make the changes to the new one. How can I do that in 3DX? I'd appreciate it you could reference some tutorials out there.
