Howdy,

I am frequently having issues launching 3DX part design through chrome. When clicking on part design, it will launch 3DX, then pull up restore the previous session model I created, then it will fail from a security certificate error. What is causing this security certificate error and how do you fix it? Is it java or website configuration related?

The specific error says.

The security certificate has been revoked. This site should not be trusted.

I know Enovia previously worked best with IE11, but was not sure if 3DX has a specific browser, or if this issue is even browser related. It seems like a 3DX error. 

Would 2 factor authentication fix this? How common does everyone else see this? So far my experience is I am barely able to do anything. IT has lots of issues launching, but my computer is a little older.
