I use solidworks connected because I accidentally bought it trying to buy the regular program. I installed Hotfix 3 of Solidworks connected on my desktop but that made Solidworks unusable on my PC. Being that I was unable to get any ACTUAL help for the situation, I thankfully had a version on my laptop on Hotfix 1. Last week, Hotfix 4 was released but I had the option of something around the lines of "Install when necessary" THIS BROKE THE PRODUCT. Afterwards the software refused to open and I was unable to open any of my projects. With no other options, I installed Hotfix 4. The launcher was now able to open but now a box shows up as if it was trying to open itself but now it's either missing files, or corrupted. 

"Clean install" you might think, or "Turn it off" Tried. No luck. I deleted all the program files and used the uninstaller but no avail. 

If anyone has any idea what to do for this please contact me. 

Attached is a window that was showing up for half a second and immediately closing itself.
