I am a student in the UK doing my A'Levels. My father bought me a copy of 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students to help me with my Design Technolgy DT A Level. I first was confused by the website having previously had a web version of solidworks, I thought I had ordered a web version of Catia. I went for Catia as I had used in during a week long work experience and wnated to improve my knowledge of the software.
Summary of the issue: - I recieve an error message that prevents me from using my 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students. Problem description: I have been unsuccesful in accessing my 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students since purchase. Initally it we thought it was due to the laptop not being of a correct specification. So my father has purcahsed a certified alaptop for me to use. I have then loaded all the relvant software on to my laptop as per the instructions. I get the error message Access to this server is not granted to user. However I have only loaded for use by an individual. There is no server invovled. Can someone please help me as I need to design my project soon and I am going to fail my course. The service desk threatened to close my ticket as I have been busy with exams and missed the message. Their solution was to ask all of you. TIA.
