Since the last day, I am unable to access course materials. Whenever I click on that page reloading becomes stop and those bars seems to be appearing but its not. Here is the screenshot. Nothing comes up on any of my learning pages. I have tried in two laptops as well as used Google chrome and internet explorer.

Please help me out if anyone has a solution for this. My project submission is pretty soon and I am having trouble with this unforseen problem.
