Just bought the student 3DEXPERIENCE Platform subscription online and I received my email confirming my order and a second email to Get Started. I’m supposed to access a link in the second email but it will not open whatsoever even though all the other email links work just fine. Any tips for troubleshooting? This is extremely frustrating.
