Introducing the "Gear Ring"
I produced it with 3D Printer. I scaled it to my own finger measurement.
Print Parameters
Layer height: 0.12mm
Speed: 20 mm/sec,
Infill: 100% (I chose this way because the walls are very thin)
Slicer: Prusa Slicer,
3D Printer: Creality CR 6 SE Max
NOTE:I wasn't able to fully clean the parts as I did it in a short interval (on my lunch break).
After uploading the videos of how I designed, I will also touch on the production stages and share the stl files. In this way, anyone with a printer can produce. I will show the production steps as stl export, slicing and assembly.
