🚗 Full Vehicle Design from Scratch – Nissan GTR-35 🏁
Designing a Nissan GTR-35 from scratch was an exciting challenge that pushed my mechanical design and automotive engineering skills to the next level. This project went through several key phases:
🔹 Concept Sketching – Started with hand-drawn sketches to define the initial proportions and overall design.
🔹 3D Surface Modeling – Created a smooth and aerodynamic shape using advanced Surface Design techniques in SolidWorks.
🔹 Detailed 3D CAD Model – Developed a full-scale, dimensionally accurate model with precise measurements and realistic components.
🔹 Mechanical & Structural Study – Analyzed key forces acting on the vehicle to optimize performance and durability.
🔹 Final Design Optimization – Refined details, ensuring a balance between aesthetics, aerodynamics, and manufacturability.
