The FIRST Global Challenge is an annual STEM student community event that seeks to highlight the greatest challenges facing our planet, including the 14 Grand Challenges for Engineering. Each year, a different Challenge takes center stage as the theme of that year’s FIRST Global Challenge.

Last year we were in Dubai. This year we are without no physically staged event, but the challenges and excitement continue.

FIRST Global is now “virtual” with many new challenges. Thanks to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, we are a great resource to students from 190 countries that can communicate, collaborate, design, and share.

FIRST Global teams can register on the 3DEXPERIENCE Student Challenge. Select “Other” and Enter FIRST Global 2020 for the Challenge name.

Did your team use SOLIDWORKS in Washington DC, Mexico City or Dubai? No problem, you can use SOLIDWORKS desktop and connect to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to go beyond CAD.
