For a student project, we need to do a FEA on a femur for which we only got the cortical bone (the cortical is solid and the trabecular is hollow (void)). We would like to do something like Extrude from Shell in Abaqus but we don't find any equivalent tool in 3DExperience. Do you have any idea on how to do it ?
