Hello, I've been trying to take an exam for over a week from the training module. When I'm redirected to the webassessor webpage I can't get past the terms and conditions page. upon clicking next the page just refreshes. i have contacted the webassessor website tech team and they confirmed the issue is not from their side. The training module also claims that i have already attempted an exam but i did not and the webassessor site shows that the exam was canceled. i also tried contacting 3d experience student support by email multiple times through different methods but was unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. your help is highly appreciated
