Everything wrong with 3DExperience

Hello, 

does anyone feel the same? 

When i first enrolled in the 3Dexperience i tried following the tutorial supplied on their website. 
First of all the compas doesn't wort like they say. Its just one button, not 5. 
Second they sent me the wrong link. Instead to the dashboard i am forwarded to 3DSwym, where one cant find any software. When asking the support i get forwardet to https://r1132100503382-eu1-3dswym.3dexperience.3ds.com/#community:61 instead of this page 
Third instead of any engineering software i am only supplied with the Design software, which is useless to me. 
and Last but not Least, i don't want to only be able to use the software as some apps in my browser, which i cannot use without good qualitiy internet. I basically wanted to download Catia and Icem Surf but they are suddenly not included for students anymore

I am really dissappointed in the service quality

So now, one week later, none of my issues was solved. I still have the wrong role. And the Video Tutorial i was supplied in the comments don't adress any of the described problems. 
I made a new account, at least i have the right role in that one now. 
But i still cannot launch any of the software. 
The Launcher seems to get stuck after I close the error message concerning my graphics card. It is loading for over an hour now. 

I just found out that there is the possibility to check if 3D cloudservices would work (https://www.3ds.com/support/3dexperience-platform-on-cloud-support/eligibility/) so it says that i use the wrong browser chrome and Edge both newly updated but it doesn't state which one i should be using. Additionaly it seems like i am using the wrong Operating system (win10 64 bit home instead of win10 64bit) 

So i better get a new PC to use a limited version of the software i was acutally looking for? 

And the software i am really looking for, some equivalent to Icem Surf, is not available. 
This means i went through 2 weeks of asking here, contacting the support, calling the support (didn't get someone on the phone at all) and research by myself. 
Every time i send an email to the support i get sent here, even if its about buying Icem Surf Student edition. 

The service doesnt get better. 

So now i come to find out that the software i need is neither in the design role, nor in the engineering role. I need Style & class A modeller, Class A Expert or Transportation Designer.
