I buy a license 3dexperience engineering for student but i cannot to install catia v5 on the software site : https://software.3ds.com

because I have the following error message : We did not find any Supported Software for this site. IBCHK001 DPCHK001.

Can you help me for this problem please? I need to catia v5 for my study.
