Extremely Disappointed with SOLIDWORKS Customer Support in India!

I paid for the xShape Student Version but have not received any confirmation email or even an order number. I cannot access the product, customer care is not answering my calls, and I am unable to complete the support form they asked me to fill out.

I have paid my money, but where is my product and order confirmation? Is this how SOLIDWORKS treats its student customers?

I expect Dassault Systèmes to investigate this issue and provide my order details, product access, or a proper refund.
