I just purcased subscription with is annual subscription.
I received an order confirmation by mail and my credit card was also charged. However, I have not yet received a "Get started with catia..." Mail Its been almost 24 hrs and I still did not get that email. and when I try to log in , I get the message "Access denied".
I have already cleared the browser cache and tried to log in on another computer, but I still get the message "Access denied".
Can someone please help me?
