Hello everyone!
Myself Hrishikesh Pallewad along with my groupmates Akshata Pokharkar, Kshitija Kumbharkar students of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, Pune, have designed and developed a model on 1D Heat Conduction.
The details of the project are mentioned below:
Heat transfer basically deals with the transfer of heat from one surface to another. In the model heat gets transferred in 1D through wall, this wall can be of any selected material according to our preference. Thus, the linear heat transfer rate (Q) through the material is calculated.
This project was performed using Dymola Behaviour Modelling App on 3D EXPEREINCE platform. The library used was Modelica Standard Library. Before undertaking this project, we have completed few courses on the 3DS platform namely CATIA Dymola Behaviour Modelling Essentials and Practice CATIA Dymola Behaviour Modelling. Wall 1 was given an initial temperature of 200oC and the final temperature is calculated
