Recently I purchased a CATIA student solution and have 3dexperience subscription through a sponsorship. I am unable to install any of the apps that are available for me as I get the "unable to retrieve install data" message every time (I can't attach a screenshot because the message disappears completely when trying to screenshot). I have tried multiple times, deleted and installed 3dexperience launcher again and again but nothing helps. I am aware that I have to use the apps on 3dexperience cloud unlike Solidworks, however some of the apps like "part design" for CATIA and etc. have to be installed which I am unable to do. FYI I have done all this with my antivirus completely disabled and in incognito mode. Please reach out to me ASAP so we can resolve this issue or I would have no choice but to file for a refund.
