Cloud offer access troubles!

I will leave here again the current unsolved issue:
"One of my students has bought 3DEXPERIENCE ENGINEER for Students cloud offer, now quite more than 3 weeks ago. He has been sending sms for help and no answer. The purchase order number is #ORD194******4 with connected email: jo********@estudiantat.upc.edu
He has received the get started mail, but when he try to log in, the message "access denied" appears.
We need to solve this situation now, is not possible to have this problems and no answer for him.
The number of the customer tenant with the trouble is: oi000****. He has made some tickets, related with this same issue:
SRF01*****
NTSRF****
He tried to recover password and tried to get in. Before had acces denied message, now, user name/password are not correct.
I was talking to him yesterday, I think its being almost 5 weeks without notice. I would like to update the urgency to high!
He was about to meet someone, but someting happened and they could not meet or discussed the issue.
