The most suitable design was selected and produced according to the analyzes carried out on the 3DEXPERIENCE SIMULIA platform on various designs made before the rocket engine test setup was designed and produced with my teammates @TN @BD @UG @HD @NK @CE. While performing the analysis shown, 250,000 mechanical mesh was applied to the platform and it was observed that our target 8100N thrust value created 0.88mm deformation on 341 Rust Steel material, provided that it was fixed from the ground. It is critical to keep the rocket engine in place after a possible ignition while testing it due to the chemicals it contains. Our design easily meets these conditions. Finally, it is a very nice feature that SIMULIA gives the analysis results as a word document.
