Hi, 

I am also having the same problem with accessing the certification content in the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Student Edition. 

When trying to load the 'Be a 3DEXPERIENCE Collaborative Cross-Discipline Engineer for Students,' It remains loading constantly and I have tried clearing cache, incognito mode and a different browser. 

As well as when trying to load the '3DEXPERIENCE Mechanical Designer,' it shows that the content is not accessible and that I need to contact an admin, even though I have bought this individually.

Please let me know on what I can do this fix this, thank you very much for you time!
