On October 4th, the Mansoura SOLIDWORKS User Group Network (SWUGN) and 2B Digital proudly hosted one of the most inspiring engineering events of the year, “30 Years of SOLIDWORKS Innovation.”
It was more than just a celebration; it was a showcase of creativity, collaboration, and community spirit, bringing together students, engineers, and industry leaders under one vision: to celebrate three decades of engineering excellence and inspire the next generation of innovators.

Model Mania 2025 – Unleashing Creativity 💡
One of the event’s highlights was the Model Mania competition, where talented participants from various universities demonstrated their modeling speed, accuracy, and creativity using SOLIDWORKS.
Each participant was challenged to recreate and modify a 3D model within a limited time, showcasing not only their technical skills but also their problem-solving abilities under pressure.
The competition’s energy and excitement truly captured the essence of engineering, innovation through challenge, and passion through precision.
Winners were celebrated for their excellence, and every participant walked away with new knowledge, experience, and inspiration.
AAKRUTI Global 2024 – Egypt Finals 🇪🇬
In a special highlight of the celebration, the AAKRUTI Global 2024 – Egypt Finals took place in the same venue, bringing together top student teams who presented groundbreaking design ideas and engineering projects developed using SOLIDWORKS and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Teams showcased impressive creativity and problem-solving skills as they competed to represent Egypt on the global stage.
It was an incredible experience to see students push the limits of innovation, turning visionary concepts into real-world solutions, perfectly reflecting the spirit of both AAKRUTI and SOLIDWORKS.
We extend heartfelt gratitude to Dassault Systèmes and the 3DEXPERIENCE EDU Team for organizing such a meaningful competition and empowering students with the tools, mentorship, and vision to innovate for a better world.
