Recently purchased the student x-Design plan and still can't access my application after 3 days from purchase. I accepted the e-mail invitation; the account works but still not showing any x-Design or engineering products. I've cleared browser cache, logged out and back in, verified it’s the correct experience ID, and clicked student access links multiple times. I've been getting the error (You don't have access to this 3DEXPERIENCE Platform). Email is hawkins.thefam@gmail.com. This is my first purchase with Dassault Systèmes Thanks.
