When trying to access my recently bought CATIA Collaborative Mechanical Designer learning package, the platform doesn't let me get in showing the message shown in the picture. There was a way for me to access: with a phone or tablet, get on this page and scroll down. The webpage behaved weirdly but somehow it let me in. This isn't happening anymore either. How can I fix this?
