I may be in the wrong place.  If so I apologize, plesae point me to the right place.  (I am a student, but not one enrolled in a university.)

I have paid for and am trying to get 3D Experience SolidWorks for Makers setup and running.  I have found what looks like a great video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0Tw-vdHA4k), BUT ... the video assumes that I have an email memo containing a link represented as "Get started here".  I do not.  I think I received it, but must have deleted it by mistake.  (That happens when you have too many emails most of which are spam/scam/etc..)   I do not know if the link is personalized or not.  But if not then anyone's email should also work for me.  I have no idea what to do if it is personalized.  I tried a note to support but have received no assistance.
