I'm trying to add student members into a group using the emails used when I requested software sponsorship through FIRST Robotics. I was able to add most of my students but some when I entered their email it's saying "No results". I also have 2 students who have signed up and provided me with their usernames but neither their email or username is popping up either. Lastly, I also have a student who is having issues signing up... it says she has created an account with the email so she tried to reset the password but is not getting any email to reset. I've sent an email last week with a list of the emails I'm having issues with.
